WHAT SUPPORT LOOKS LIKE

What you can access.

All Capital Parent plans include defined rules, governance, and access to support. These elements remain consistent regardless of coverage level or company size.

Community led employee support

A supportive, moderated community where you can ask questions, share experiences, or simply read and learn, guided by qualified specialists who understand what you’re going through.

Enhanced parental leave payments

During parental leave, enhanced financial support of £500-£600 per month is provided in addition to statutory pay. Eligible employees receive enhanced parental leave payments in addition to statutory pay, delivered directly through our payroll.

Support across the journey

Specialist guidance from fertility planning through pregnancy, loss, return to work, and ongoing caregiving, so you always know what to expect and who to ask.

Complex systems, simplified.

We help you navigate healthcare pathways, workplace processes, and statutory systems so you can focus on your family, not bureaucracy.

Additional Neonatal Support

If your baby requires neonatal intensive care, we understand this can be an extremely difficult and uncertain time.

Capital Parent may provide additional financial and practical support alongside standard parental leave payments, depending on your employer’s plan.

Support may include enhanced payments during neonatal care and access to specialist guidance to help you manage leave planning, and communication with your workplace.

Eligibility and payment details will be confirmed as part of the claims process.
